A 25% gratuity is added to all spa parties.
Cancellation Policy:
GLOW 365 requires a one week cancellation period prior to date of party if cancelling the entire spa party to avoid a $50 charge per every hour of service cancelled. We require a 72-hour cancellation period prior to party date if an individual is cancelling to avoid a $50 charge for every hour of service cancelled. Same day cancellations for any reason will be charged full price for the service.
